Registration Rates and Information

Registration for the 6th Annual Congress of the Pan European Region of the International Association for Dental Research (PER/IADR) is now closed. The conference will take place from September 12-15, 2012, in Helsinki, Finland.

Changes and corrections to existing registrations must be made in writing to registration@iadr.org no later than September 3, 2012.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION LOCATIONS AND HOURS

If you wish to attend the PER/IADR Congress, you can register on site during the hours below in the Entrance Foyer of Finlandia Hall, located at Mannerheimvägen 13, Helsinki, Finland 00100. You will be required to complete a new On-site Registration Form which is different from the Pre-registration Form.

If you pre-registered for the meeting and paid all fees in full, you should have received an email with a unique bar code to print your badge onsite at a scanner kiosk. This email will be sent the week of August 27, 2012. Scanner kiosks will be open for badge printing during the on-site registration hours listed below. If you did not receive an email, IADR staff will be available onsite at the full registration sites to assist delegates who wish to add items to their existing registration (such as event tickets or accompanying persons) and/or make changes to their badges.

NOTE: Exhibitor and/or complimentary attendees can pick up badges and registration materials at the Exhibitor and Special Services counter onsite. These attendees will not receive an email with a barcode for badge printing.

Your registration provides you access to the Congress, scientific sessions, poster sessions, the Exhibition and more. Name badges will be checked at all sessions and events.

Note to Presenters: IADR requires that all accepted presenters pre-register for the meeting by the presenter pre-registration deadline of July 13, 2012. Failure to pre-register by this date will result in the automatic withdrawal of your presentation. If you plan on registering at the IADR membership rate, please complete your annual renewal in advance of the presenter pre-registration deadline to allow ample processing time.

IMPORTANT FORMS AND INFORMATION:

  • To register as a member, you must have activated or renewed your 2012 membership by the time you register. If you wish to join the Association to take advantage of the lower membership registration fee, please pay your dues at the time of registration. Membership applications are available online at www.iadr.org/membership. If your membership dues payment is not received and processed by the start of the meeting, you will automatically be charged the full non-member registration rate for the meeting. This additional charge will be deducted from your credit card. If your original payment was by check, you will receive an invoice payable on site at the meeting.
  • If you register online, you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your registration. The information supplied on the Internet is passed through a secured server. Please note that credit card payment is required for those registering online. Only Visa and Mastercard will be accepted for registration payments via online and printed form, and all charges will be processed in Euros.
  • Accompanying Persons: Meeting delegate’s students, lab technicians, colleagues, past or current IADR members, co-authors, etc., do not qualify as accompanying persons and are required to pay the appropriate registration fee if they wish to attend.
  • IADR does not allow meeting registration substitutions. Registration fees may not be transferred to another person. Anyone unable to attend the meeting after paying must cancel his/her registration. The registration fee will be refunded if the request is received prior to the cancellation deadline date. The new registrant must then register separately and pay the appropriate registration fee. If you are a presenter substitution, the same policy applies. The original presenter must register for the meeting and then cancel (refund amount will depend on when the cancellation occurs) before the substitution can be processed. The new presenter must then register and pay the applicable rate.
  • Financial disclaimer: IADR reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category and make any necessary corrections. For example, a full-time faculty member that chooses the Accompanying Person or Student rate will be corrected upon review. IADR reserves the right to charge his/her credit card the difference in registration fees.
  • Letters of invitation: All invitation letters will be sent to the registered delegate via email as a PDF attachment upon registering for the meeting. An original letter can be sent by regular mail upon request on the registration form; please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please contact registration@iadr.org for other questions regarding invitation letters.
  • If you fax your registration form or complete the online form, DO NOT mail the original, or you may be registered and billed twice.
