Meeting Room Requests
IADR is now accepting meeting room requests for the 2012 IADR/LAR General Session in Iguaçu Falls, Brazil.
Meeting space is limited at each venue and very limited meeting space is available on Wednesday, June 20 and Saturday, June 23 at the hotels. Please consider scheduling your meeting before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m. or on those days. Space will be assigned based on the specifications you provide on the form. The rental cost for the meeting space is included in the overall expenses paid by the IADR. While IADR will provide complimentary meeting space to organizers, it is only possible by revenues received from meeting registrations. As such, meeting space is only provided if all attendees are registered delegates.
Attendees at your meeting must be registered for the IADR General Session to access the meeting space at the convention center and headquarter hotels – badges are required for access to meeting space.
Audio visual equipment and catering will be the responsibility of the meeting organizer and should be ordered directly from the facility once the location for your meeting has been confirmed.
While meeting requests will be reviewed as they are received, the official day/time and room location of your meeting request will not be released until the Schedule of Events is finalized after the meeting request deadline of Friday, March 9, 2012. After you complete your meeting request, any changes to your request should be sent via email to the Meetings Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
